DIY tie dye tee nz

Got a Kmart tie dye kit? Want to do something a little different? We printed these two designs for our kids to “colour” in and create their own special tee from.

Miss 7 used the dye to create a rainbow mane on her unicorn tee. Mr 5 wanted a “scary” dino with red on his teeth! Both are super proud of their creations.

And now your child can have a ball creating their own unique print!

Tips for best results: for best absorption of the dye, make sure the whole tee is damp (not wet) before beginning application. You can insert a cardboard (or similar) blocker between the fabric layers so the dye does doesn’t soak through from the front to the back.
